"Poor sevice"
I checked in and was given my key only to enter the room and find out it wasn't clean from the previous guest. Staff was unapologetic and told me to come back later. Then offered to call me when it was ready but never did. I asked for a cafe recommendation and was told there were some around the neighborhood. The room was fine even with a small fridge. […] But the bed was in a loft space and I happen to have a broken foot and a walking boot making it more difficult to navigate the unexpected steps and 4 foot ceiling of the loft. "Good 2* hotel"
Good 2* hotel - looked like it has recently been refurbished and was very clean and tidy. Beware the expensive breakfast though. The hotel is near the cathedral and 5 minutes walk from Riponne - Maurice Béjart metro station (line 2) - I wouldn't advise walking from the main rail station with any luggage (would be uphill all the way).Genuine Hotels.com guest review

it was pretty good. the receptionists were really nice and the rooms were clean. if you're going to book a room with a shared bathroom, be prepared to squish into some small bathrooms and showers. however, they do give you your own sink in the room so you don't have to use the shared ones all the time. the hotel is only a 2 min walk to place de la riponne […] and the rest of the city center. 호텔 스텝의 친절도는 오케이. 그러나 내가 묵은 방은 화장실이 없었음. 화장실 없는 방과 화장실이 잇는 방이 있었는데 예약 당시 체크하지 못한 내 실수이긴 하지만 물가비싼 로잔느라고 해도 너무했음. 방안에 세수를 할 수 잇는 세면기 하나 설치되어 있었고 공용화장실과 공동샤워실은 극히 좁아 몸을 가누기도 어려웠음. 이 호텔의 2/3가격에도 미치지 못한 파리의 호텔도 화장실이 있었고 더 좋았음.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Estuve poco tiempo, pero muy contenta con el hotel. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación está muy limpia. El hotel se encuentra en pleno centro, aun así, te obsequian con una tarjeta con la que puedes moverte por toda la ciudad gratuitamente y montarte en cualquier bus o tranvía durante tu estancia en el hotel. Très bon accueil, un personnel disponible pour un hôtel en plein centre ville à proximité de la ville ancienne. Situé dans une petit rue, le passage des voitures est restreint et donc pas du tout dérangeant. Seul bémol, le tarif. Un hôtel équivalent en France serait un quart moins cher.
