Mandatory transfers:
Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 40 minutes away via sea plane. Guests must contact the property directly with their flight details a minimum of 72 hours before travel; the relevant contact telephone number will appear on the booking confirmation issued by this site. Seaplane transfers cannot be guaranteed if the hotel doesn't receive flight details. Upon exiting the arrival terminal at the airport, guests should proceed to counter 38. Transfer service is provided by Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3 PM daily. Guests arriving to the Maldives outside these hours will have to wait in the airport or book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale independently until services resume. Guest departing the Maldives prior to 9 AM may have to check out a day prior and stay overnight in close proximity to the airport. The seaplanes have a maximum of 20 kg per person luggage restriction. An excess luggage fees may apply and will be payable directly to the seaplane company at check-in. The seaplane fee is payable directly to the hotel on departure.
