"Very basic but cheap"
The Motel room was clean and adequate; the shower took a bit of fiddling to work and wasn't much fun in the 1 degree temp. Worked out that you need to put on full force. Room needs more table space for 2 people and the powerpoints could have done with a bit more thought. It would be quite easy and cheap to stick a full length mirror inside the ward […] robe! Room was tiny with a double bed made out of two singles. And the singles were not the same height making for a very uncomfortable sleep. Walls are very thin with people coming and going all night - can here there doors beeping as they enter and exit their rooms. "Scarborough Observation Resort"
We had the budget, non-smoking room. Room had a horrible stench of stale smoke when we arrived. Room was ok apart from that. The shared facilities were NEVER cleaned. Bathrooms and shower rooms were in a horrible state from day one. Some one sprayed air freshner into the bathrooms every night but didn't bother to clean. I'll never stay there again.
