I needed quiet space after helping to host a 12 child birthday party sleepover the week before. I was getting wrangled into another party and I needed... to be out of reach. This was the perfect place to go incognito It was quiet. Nice ambience. Restaurant very nice. There were other restaurants as well which brought an added bonus to the stay. Requested a refrigerator at the desk. When I got to room a frig was already in place, but it took less than 20 minutes for one to be brought to my room. Very good service indeed. The hotel it self is very nice, very clean and very easy to navigate to. However, all the wonderful things about the hotel were over shadowed by the very rude attendant. Courtenea was her name, she didn't smile, didn't great us with kind words and instead of requesting another name the reservation could have been under, simply replied "well your not […] staying here."
