The service and quality of this hotel are superb. The staff fall over themsevles to take care of their guests, I would almost call it as good as Disney cast member service at their resorts in Florida. This was our second time staying there. My family of 4 had a very nice stay. We were able to get a great deal on the room which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were high-end. We were able to easily attach our Blu-ray player with HDMI cable for the kids to watch movies at night. Convenient parking and close to the Metro. After spending […] the day touring DC we enjoyed swimming with our kids in the evening. They even have a lifeguard on duty. The Marriott was comfortable, however beware of the kind of room you are getting. I booked two doubles for a family of four and was told at check-in (and I arrived in the morning, plenty early) that there were NO rooms left with two doubles... even though I had a reservation. I was given a room with a King and a rollaway bed. My 5-year-old son had to […] sleep on the chair/ottoman, made up with sheets and blankets like a bed. The hotel was nice, and the staff offered to try to find us a room at another hotel, but that would've cut too much time out of the first day of an already short vacation, so we made it work. For a hotel chain of this size I can't beleive they would not honor my reservation that included a free breakfast for 2 people. The chain claims it was an issue with expedia. I don't care who is to blame, the hotel should have made it right. If a multi billion dollar chain won't honor a free breakfast it makes me wonder what else are they doing to the […] customer. Our stay was fine. Three adults a toddler and a baby. The hotel was quiet at night. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and brought us up a mini fridge within 30 minutes of making the request. A microwave would have been nice but we knew there wouldn't be one in the room when booking. There is one in the lobby, or so we were told... never bothered […] to look for it. It's very nice hotel,and very close the subway station, 7-11 just right at the corner.But the internet is little bit slow. BTW, this hotel weekday and weekend price will be huge different, we got a good deal on the weekend.
