The hotel is split into two sections, one 5* (Hotel Oranje) and the other 4* (Beach Hotel). The booking with Expedia detailed Hotel Oranje, 5*, but with... the details showing a 'Comfort' room - this means it's in the Beach Hotel. However, our room was very comfortable, the interior of the Beach Hotel was excellent and we had access to facilities in both hotels. Staff in both were very helpful and friendly. Tolle Lage mit weitem Strandblick im großzügigen Deluxezimmer. Da gerade die Bar umgebaut wurde bot man uns für tagsüber ein Ruhezimmer an. Pool riesig, wenn auch nur 1,40 m tief. Frühstücksbuffet gute Auswahl.

De ansatte møter en på den aller beste måte, og hotellets fasiliteter holder også veldig god standard. Og det er et hotell med personlighet, så å si. Har selv hatt 20 års fartstid i den bransjen og dette var en ren glede for meg. Det er slik det skal være. Ligger på strandpromenaden. Mange gode steder å sitte inne eller ute for å se solnedgangen i havet […] for de som ikke har rom mot sjøen. Kort og koselig vei til Keukenhof. Ryddig, rent og ordentlig. Gode senger og gode stoler.
