"Ok Hotel"
We stayed on the 12th floor, the view was extraordinary beautiful. However the room decoration needs to be upgraded. I paid $612 for 2 nights, I expected for the room to be close to fancy. The towels weren't really white when they were suppose to be.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice for the money on the upper floors"
i stayed in a fallsview suite on the 20th floor, and was very satisfied with everything the hotel had to offer. the room was good sized, with a separate sitting area. No problems with cleanliness or comfort. Hot shower with plenty of pressure. The jacuzzi tub was small for a 300 lb man, so I didn't try it. View of the falls was spectacular. No bar, […] restaurant or room service, but it's right next to an Applebee's, the most expensive one ever. Also a block away from a very nice casino and shops area. I will stay there again again if I'm in the area. Staff was accommodating and attentive, and actually printed my boarding pass for free. "Great service. Hotel needs a bit of refurb"
Overall this hotel was great value for the $$> I must say I was surprised when the fees and taxes were more for 3 nights than the cost of one night in a room. Staff were attentive. We started out in a 3rd floor room and the next day they moved us to 8th which had a decent view of the falls-much appreciated. Bathrooms could do with a new ceiling and […] a fan. Checkout was seamless. $15 parking charge per day was not a surprise because I read about it in reviews. A fridge and microwave would be welcome additions but I guess this IS Niagara Falls. "Never Again..."
It was a good size room, but had no fridge, no work desk, sitting area seat was dirty, I couldn't see the colour of it. good size bed but very old blankets that I had to sleep without. shower floor was very dirty. my gf got sick in the morning, im pretty sure because of very thin blanket and the air quality of the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
