"Perfect for families!"
The Pan Pacific Whistler Village is the perfect hotel and location for families. The 1 bedroom suites have room for 5, plus a kitchen, fireplace, and 2 TVs. The hotel is perfectly located in the village with food and convenient shops all around. The hotel stores your skis at the Pan Pacific Mountainside so you don't have to carry them back and forth […] to the lifts. Staff were incredible -- so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet for all and don't miss the happy hour from 4-5pm with hot coco for the kids and beer on tap for the adults. The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi are perfect after a day on the slopes. We will for sure be back! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great hotel for a family."
Upon check-in, our one bedroom was upgraded to a large two bedroom condo with an awesome view of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The staff was extermely pleasant and helpful. Located in the middle of Whister Village, the hotel is walking distance to everything. Had a nice balcony for enjoying the views. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed by our 5 year-old. "Perfect location in Whistler"
Located at the upper edge of Whistler, it was easy to park and still was close to all the attractions. Hotel was spotless, staff was friendly and attentive.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre Thank you for choosing Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside and sharing a review with the travel community. We appreciate the feedback and all glad to know that you enjoyed our service, location and amenities. We look forward to next time.
"Good location in the village"
The weather was unseasonably cold, grey and rainy, so having a fireplace in the room was great plus the best part was that we got a free upgrade to a single bedroom suite so that was a very promising start to our stay. Hotel was well located and close to all the shops - even a grocery market, as I can imagine if you stay a week eating out each day would […] put a huge dent in your pocket so cooking your own meal would work better at times in the well equipped kitchen in the room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and it was quiet at night which enabled a good night's sleep. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Nothing but good things to say. Front desk personnel were great. The only negative was the coffee at breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Must stay there when you're in Whistler"
The front desk staff was super nice, she upgraded our room for free. The view was nice and the style of the room was well decorated. The location was good because it was a good walking distance away from everything. Free wifi. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and tasty. The valet parking was kind of expensive because it was 28 dollars. I was […] 100% satisfied. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Pan Pacific Whistler ROCKS!"
We loved it. Every request was met with a smile and a "yes". We could have done with a larger bed and softer sheets, but overall an exceptional experience. Please be aware there are TWO locations: Pan Pacific Mountainside and Pan Pacific Whistler Village. Mountainside is closer to the lifts, but Whistler Village in newer and nicer!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel in great location"
Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village over President's Day weekend. Room was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Location in the Village was perfect, close to the slopes (the lockers at Mountainside make all the difference) and close to all the great shops and restaurants. Just off the Stroll far enough that you don't hear […] all of the noise. Would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ideal Whisler location for the family"
Spent two nights here during a recent 10 day tour of the Pacific NW (including stops in Port Angeles, Forks, Victoria, Vancouver and Seatte) with the family (wife, 3 yr old and 6 month old)- and this was probably the nicest of all of the facilities we stayed in (though I also have to have to give props to Best Western Plus Inner Harbour in Victoria, […] and both the Sunset Inn Suites and Time Square Suites in Vancouver). Location of this hotel was remarkably convenient - literally right in th emiddle of the Village and easy walking distance to rent bikes (which we did immediately on arrival), access the Peak to Peak Gondola (that was Day 2) and all of the restaurants (Araxi in particular was fabulous). Suite was spacious (did two bedroom suite w/ two bathrooms) - highly recommend upper floor room - (we were in 704) - with view of both the village, surrounding mountains, and the fire station below. My wife's comment about the place: "I could live here!" Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Fantastic"
we enjoyed a week at the pan pacific whilster...it was conveniently located to the village...lots of restaurants within walking distance...the gym was inadequate though...Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very good choice"
Extremely helpful front desk. We witnessed a "disgruntled" client who was handled very professionally (almost too kind) regarding a concern he had. We were very pleased with their help, suggestions, and they met our every need.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Right in the Center"
Whistler is basically a fake alpine village, all pedestrianized, surrounded by beautiful country. The hotel is in the middle of the village and close to everything, and its all-suite format makes it very comfortable. Good breakfast is included and although there is no restaurant there are about 30 within walking distance. $25 for parking is a little […] fierce. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great room and great value. Kids Loved It!"
The Pan Pacific is one of the reasons we would go back to Whister. Its right in the Village and close to everything in town. The room was great - the kids are still talking about it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Location"
My family really enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village. Great location, amenities, and service. Suite was large and got a good rate through Expedia. My only gripe might be what they charge for parking.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Relaxing Stay"
The Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre was clean, perfectly located, and had a super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast provided by the hotel included an array of breads, fruit, hard boiled eggs, as well as cold cereal and your choice of beverages. The room was newly renovated (probably from the 2010 Olympics) and was equipped with a kitchenette […] with all the necessities. If thinking about cooking in the room we would recommend visiting the IGA instead of The Grocery Store - same distance from the hotel, but in the other directions (away from ski lifts) - it had a much wider selection of products and prices were a little better. "Wonderful Stay, Beautiful Place"
Stayed one night to check out the area for a return ski trip in the future. Could not have had a better experience. Awesome hotel with very nice and accomodating staff. The location was perfect for walking through the village.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Wonderful escape!"
Upon arrival we were instantly upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was more than enough room for the two of us. You are steps away from shopping and restaurants in addition to the lifts. The only downside was that we had to walk over to the Mountainside hotel to get our breakfast at their restaurant. We were provided with awesome vouchers for a free […] meal off the menu but it was quite crowded and service slow. We had been told there was a buffer at the hotel we were staying at so I'm not sure what the confusion was. Either way I'll take a free Irish breakfast at the Dubh Linn as it was delicious! "Our favorite accommodation in Whistler"
This was our second year staying at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre and we love it. If you want to stay in the village, the location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the gondolas. Probably the best amenity is that the hotel stores ski equipment at Pan Pacific Mountainside which is right at the gondolas so we don't have to carry our skis and […] poles very far. We also like the breakfast included with our stay at Village Centre. They usually offer excellent fresh fruit, eggs, hash browns, waffles, bacon, sausage, bagels, pastries, cereal; it is fantastic. The suites are very nicely furnished and the bed is comfortable. The kitchenette is well-supplied. We've stayed on both the view and non-view side. If you stay on the non-view side, you might hear the fire station across the street. The hotel staff is very responsive as well. We've stayed at various condos in Whistler, but this hotel is our favorite place. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Terrific value"
Great value and location. Loved the room - super comfortable and loaded with all kitchen necessities. Very clean, friendly staff. My only remark would be, as stated before, the hard-sell for a room upgrade, followed by their hotel club. I had to repeatedly say no and it made for an uncomfortable check in. Seeing my discomfort, he apologized, but the […] whole thing was just weird. Not the best introduction to the hotel, but our room was great and I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is a cold buffet, good enough but not great. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"A Top Notch hotel in a Top Notch City"
The Pan Pacific Village Center is at the heart of Whistler Village and next to the path to Blackcomb, so it is an ideal location. The rooms were spacious and well kept up. The staff was incredible seeing to our every need. There is a complimentary continental breakfast every morning, and the rooms have kitchens so you can dine in for your meals as well. We enjoyed our recent stay at the Pan Pacific. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and assisted with dinner reservations on a busy weekend in Whistler. Great location and very comfortable hotel. We had a two bedroom suite and it was large--two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen and living room with fire place. "Great Hotel In Whistler Village"
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre. The room was beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. We were on the garden side of the hotel and had wonderful view. The staff was very friendly, always making sure to say hello when we passed the front desk. The location could not be better. We only had to take […] the car out once as we were able to walk most everywhere. The breakfast was more than enough to satisfy our hungry family. We enjoyed having a well stocked kitchen and did cook our dinners in the room, saving lots of money! We all enjoyed the pool and sauna as well.
