"Very disappointed"
This was our first trip to Whistler and sadly the hotel was very disappointing. We arrived at 3:30pm and were told that our room would be ready shortly and that the hotel has a guaranteed 4pm check-in time (this was repeated to us numerous times). We were asked to leave our cell number and they would call us if the room was ready before 4pm; so we did. […] At 4:15pm I went up to the desk and was told that they had to check if the room was ready and they would bring my key over to me. At 5:15pm we still did not see anyone so went back up to the desk where the manager apologized and said they would bring up breakfast vouchers as a way of apologizing to us. By the time I woke up in the morning the only thing that was dropped off for us was a bill for the parking. After my shower in the morning I reached for a towel under the sink and there was an empty alcohol bottle under my towel.
