"Perplexed"
Great stay, but could not for the life of me figure out the fireplace. A sign said to contact the front desk for help. How about a sign justexplaining how? Otherwise, a good stay. We had a wonderful experience! The only thing bad is there is no wi-fi in the room only cable internet. I called front desk and they said they only have free wi-fi in the lobby area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Right in the heart of the village."
Another great time at the Holiday Inn Whistler Resort. Great dining, bars and shopping right outside the resort. Staff at check-in desk extremely friendly and helpful. One thing to consider, night time 12:00-2:00am can be a little noisy from all the passers by down below on their way to different watering holes.
