Stay was fine breally enjoyed the village. Hotel was fine. Just carpets were sticky. Furniture had stains. Gross.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice location, but should offer free wifi"
The location in the village is great; however, they charge for Wi-Fi service. There are many other hotels nearby that offer free wi-fi. I like to be connected after a day of riding the bike park. Wi-fi costs next to nothing to install and maintain and these days it should be a free serviceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
was put in the powder lodge which seems like it could use some renovations/updating. Perfectly clean and comfortable, but not really comparable to other similarly priced properties.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Tiny Room"
The rooms were small and the murphy bed folds right out into the middle of the living room, with the kitchen right beside it. Their parking lot was full so we had to park at a different hotel, but they reimbursed us for the cost.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Very Noisy"
It could have been a good experience. However we could not get to sleep well for the two nights we stayed due to upper room noise. We had to complain few times until someone from security helped. Apparently no noise policy in place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location for the price"
I knew I wasn't getting the top hotel in Whistler with the low price. The pluses - it was centrally located, we parked our car and didn't have to use again until we left. We could walk everywhere. It was quiet. The negatives - staff were not welcoming. Not once did a front desk staff look up when I was passing by. The room was very outdated, small, […] and cramped. The murphy bed, a dated concept but unique, was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and did not face the TV. Overall, for the price, it was OK. I would recommend spending a bit more and enjoying Whistler in style at another hotel ... Whistler is a place that's worth it. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Whistler Inn & Suites"
Dated facility but definitely suited our needs for a 2 night stay. Enjoyed the proximity to the Village Stroll - main strip of Whistler Village, as well as the outdoor hot tub & pool. Front desk service could have been warmer, but maintenance services when called (toilet water kept running on & off and woke some of us at night) was very helpful and […] attentive. Would have appreciated it if the towels we hung up for reuse to conserve water & energy per hotel recommendations were actually not replaced. Overall decent & simple stay. Excellent location. Very friendly / helpful staff. The property itself is getting a bit oldish but if you are not looking for luxe .. you willdo fine. Convinient parking (though at an additional cost ).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was "O.K." - Not Great"
The location was fantastic. But, when I got in the room (which was a loft), it felt a bit cramped and not well laid out. It was OK, not the greatest.....3 stars at best. But, I will say, the front desk clerks were pleasant and accommodating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A bit noisy and a little tire (the hotel and me)!"
Great location. Hotel looking a bit worn as it is very popular due to price point and location. The walls and ceilings are not very sound proofed so I was woken several times thru the night. For one night it was average but I would not recommend for much longer if you value your rest.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location"
Front desk guy was quite rude upon check in. Would have rated this hotel If it wasn't for the location of this hotel and it's close proximity to the lifts.Genuine Expedia guest review
"internet extra?"
Both internet and parking were over-priced add-ons. Very few hotels charge for internet service in the rooms these days, and that knocks down my rating of this hotel, as it seems really cheap to be charging an additional fee to access the web. Parking also was needlessly expensive and could have been included with room. Otherwise, I've no complaints […] regarding the hotel. Location was great, rooms clean, and beds were very comfortable. "Close to everything"
We had a nice stay although the hotel was going through some renovations (plumbing issues)and a lot of the walls in the halls were boarded and it looked like a construction site. We had a suite with kitchenette and it was quite handy for quick meals before hitting the slopes. The hotel is a very short walk to the lifts and that's why we chose this place. "Not the best."
I thought the room was extremely tiny, especially for 4 people. I understand that not all requests can be made but having 2 couples and 3 beds was not great. Our feet were touching the other peoples feet. They said there was a full kitchen, yet there was only 1 knife and no bowls for salads or anything. It was nice and close to where we wanted to be […] but I was not impessed with the size of the room. Also said there was a balcony in every room, yet our balcony was under construction. "not bad for the price"
Great stay with the family. Friendly service at the front desk. Cosmetic wise the hotel definitely need a makeover however did not affect the overall experience. Booked a suite style. The size is more than enough for four adults plus ski equipment and other luggage.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not Overly Impressed"
Lots of construction and renos going on at this hotel right now. Room was pretty dated and not as clean as I hoped, but it was a good value for what we paid. Decent place to sleep, and super close to Blackcomb base!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nothing special but clean, comfortable, central"
The hotel is a bit older and in need of repair but overall it was clean, comfortable and affordable considering that the location is perfect. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall I had no problems. The bathroom was a bit bare bones and in need of sprucing up but the rest of the room (standard) was fine. The only thing though is that […] the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper then you will not appreciate the early morning noise of people walking about their rooms in their ski boots getting ready for a day on the slopes. Otherwise, staff was friendly and fairly helpful and competent. I would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Whistler stay"
Well, they charge $5/ day for wifi...cheeky in this day and age. Also $18 for parking. The heat only partially worked in our room and we were cold. I really hate that. The room we had worked well for our family and was convenient for walking. It just generally felt a bit tired. Beer can behind the couch, ripped cushion on the couch..little things.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good for the price"
Overall, its a good place to stay on a tight budget. Its very clean and the room was spacious. I didn't like that the bed was one of those hide-a-beds. They aren't the comfiest things, but it does the trick. The place was quiet. But they have an 11 am checkout policy which I think is ridiculously early! "Didnt really like the service"
Room was nice, clean and spacious, only thing is they didnt inform us that our balcony was closed for repairs, that was annoying. Also, they messed up our damage deposit, didnt end up returning it for 4 days, then after we had gotten home they phoned me at midnight on a sunday and woke me up, then the staff got really rude because I didnt want to get […] out of bed to get my credit card info and made a huge issue about me calling back in the morning, and we are on the same time zone, so they knew it was midnight on a sunday, I found that to be unprofessional. "Not the nicest looking Hotel but great location"
This hotel was right in the village, easy access to everything, we were flooded out of our original room by the people above us over flowing their bath tub, but the hotel accomodated that by upgrading our suite. It wasn't the nicest looking hotel or the cleanest but it was in a great location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"closs to evertthing did not need the car"
The hotel amenities were poor, the ju tub was cold water on all three days and the door to the sauna would not stay shut until we secured it with a towel. We were there for three days and they only keyed us for entry to the building and suite for a day so their was some inconvienance their!!! "a little dingy"
the room was a little dingy and the bed gave me a sore back. I slept on the couch the second night. I was dismayed when I found out the high cost of parking and that no one had informed me that it wasn't included in the price of the room. Plus we had to pay for internet. "Whistler has better options. It HAS to."
I booked late, paid the minimum, and got exactly what I paid for in a sense. When I arrived, the room was incredibly difficult to access as there was the door off the hallway requiring the key entry, followed by another door immediately inside that also required keycard entry, but I had to leave my suitcase in the hall as the area in between was so […] small I could barely fit my own body inside. Simply put - inconvenient. Upen entering my room, I suppose as a means of saving energy and $$, the heat had clearly been left off and the room was unbearably cold to the point where I had to leave it after turning up the heat and come back later just so I could lay down in comfort. The bathroom floor was so cold throughout my stay that I had to wear shoes inside the bathroom or lay the towels down, otherwise it was too uncomfortable. The parking was full to the point of overflow and the amenities weren't impressive. Nice lobby, though. I see that's where the $$ for improvements probably goes. All in all, I don't recommend staying there unless you're after a cheap option and don't feel like spending time in your room. Many of the problems would only be problems in the winter (cold) months, rather than the summer. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Whistler Village Inn & Suites"
Location was very good. The building we stayed in was old and run down. Elevator stunk. No staff on site in this building. Very noisy at night with people running in halls and making noise in room above. Wouldn't stay in their building the Powder Lodge ever again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would Not Stay Twice"
The hotel room was rather dark and dated. I like a brighter room with better light. Also it was kind of noisey. This Hotel is older and needs up dating, the people who look after it were very nice and helpful. It could use a really good cleaning in the corners etc.!!!
Genuine Hotels.com guest review
