""Nice hotel and good price""
THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD, IS CLOSE TO MOST OF THE ATTRACTIONS IN QUEBEC. ALSO THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Hotel for walking and nightlife!"
The hotel was in a great location to walk and see all of quebec. Located at the top of Grand Alle where all the restaurants and nightlife take place. In addition, it was a close walk to lower town and also St-Jean where one will find a little more local street. Cosmos restaurant on Grand Alle was great and but avoid the Spanish restaurant.Genuine Expedia guest review
"very nice hotel"
great hotel, great service. A little outdated but probably one of the better hotels in quebec city. There are not many grand hotels in that area anyway. Rooms are fairly large.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"GREAT location"
Within easy walking distance of the walls of the old city, the hotel was quite conveniently located (except for our arrival day when we could not reach the hotel due to a parade). The concierge and parking valet, when available, were very helpful although the front desk staff was not. The charge for wi-fi service was excessive, so we made do without. […] Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and we were able to see/do everything in Quebec without a car. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient & functional but not posh"
We liked: Room had comfortable beds, lots of pillows, & great water pressure in shower. Great location for touring Quebec on foot. Concierges very helpful. Rotating restaurant at the top has a view not to be missed. Pool was heated & kids loved swimming outside at night in early September. Not so much: The hot tub was small (like a residential model) […] & in a dingy room with no atmosphere--not even that hot. The food at the rooftop restaurant was fine but nothing special. The entire lobby area, halls, & rooms seemed worn & not at all "Loew's" caliber. Overall, not an extravagant getaway but very functional & good outweighed the bad. We took 3 kids & had adjoining rooms. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Solid but pricey"
Well located hotel but could benefit from upgrades to mattress and towels. Room was spacious, but couch had a burn hole and refrigerator wasn't cold enough. Hotel could benefit from having longer hours at its convenient store or offer in-room items such as bottles of water.Genuine Expedia guest review

The hotel is in a great location, about 10 mins walk from the old town. Quiet with a vibrant night life around ( room was quiet as a mouse).Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location"
This hotel is in a good location in a trendy area with lots of places to eat and hang out, but close enough to old town for sight seeing. Has a nice pool for the kids, and a limited fitness room. Also had a fridge which is great when traveling with family.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"great hotel to make the most of Quebec City"
location location location the hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the party atmosphere of le grand alley and then walking distance from old town, while being very safe to walk even late in the night. the staff, they are excellent. very very friendly and helpful. they remember you by name and chat even if they are not at thier particular station and […] follow up to see if what they said was helpful and such. they really did make the stay at the hotel very nice. the hotel by itself is starting to look tired and might need a bit of an overhaul sometime, but the rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable and the coffee pods are pretty good..:) overall, the hotel is functional and convenient, not the most romantic, with a great staff, and a perfect location. Great location for access to Old Quebec. However, rooms on the East side are prone to noise from adjacent night club. Depends on night of the week but you can hear it on Thurs and Friday nights.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice place to stay, convenient, but expensive"
Our stay was early Sept 2011. This is a very nice hotel, the staff were friendly and spoke English and we had no problems. The restaurant was very expensive and I thought overpriced, there were better nearby. The location is on the edge of the old city and is fairly convenient to the tourist activities. It is surrounded by many restaurants, which we […] also thought were overpriced and didnt deliver the cuisine experience we had expected, but there are many others nearby. Would stay again. Clean, comfortable hotel, great location behind park and close to old town. Great concierge service. Fabulous view from room. Pool area was not overly comfortable. Hottub not great. Lobby ok. Elevators slow.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"great place to stay"
I have been to Quebec City many times over the past 30 years and stayed at many smaller hotels which were very nice. This was my first time at Lowes Concord and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in around Quebec City. It may be a little more expensive than the others but is well worth it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful Quebec Hotel"
Very comfortable hotel, with many restaurant options down the street and a beautiful park next to it. Great view from our 25th floor room. A good selection of coffee and teas were available in the room, and they were restocked each afternoon. The only dissatisfying element, and ultimately it was comical, is that only 2 elevators were functioning out […] of a bank of four. The wait for one to arrive could be many minutes, and as a result, people would pack on to an elevator regardless if it was going the direction they needed or not with the expectation that eventually it would stop at their desired floor. The hotel was upgrading their elevators and this was the reason for the lack of availability. Other than that, the hotel met our needs quite well. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Happy With My Stay"
I have tried other hotels around Quebec and Loews Le Concorde is one hotel that I enjoyed staying in recently. Although the hotel is not as new as the others within the area, the staff did their best to make the hotel look great. For me, it was location, location, location. I like the convenience of having to step out and eat along Grande Alee, and […] the revolving restaurant above the hotel was nice too. I will definitely stay there for my next trip to Quebec. "Hotel in a Great Location"
The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. All of the main sights are within reasonable walking distance. Also, there are a number of restaurants in the area, so finding food is never as issue. Although there are a few nightclubs in the neighborhood, the noise is never bothersome. The staff is very friendly. The rotating restaurant on the top […] floor offers great views of the city! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Le Concorde nice hotel"
It's a very nice, the park next to it is beautiful and it's a short 10 minute walk straight down one street to old Quebec. This one street is also 'restaurant row' for tourist, but you can go further north for other restaurants and shops. If you want to see other non-old Quebec sites, then it's a little further away. The hotel is very nice with all […] the amenities. The gym and the pool are a bit on the small side, but nothing to complain about. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Loews Le Concorde - Grand Allee - Quebec City"
Service is excellent from concierge to porters. Valet service was prompt and staff very courteous and helpful with baggage at check in and out. close to many restaurants. Stayed at hotel years back as well - nice, comfortable rooms. Some parts of the hotel is showing it's age - like carpeting, but maintained ok. Room service was completed daily - maybe […] a little "quick". overall, stay was great and I would go back again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A Little Dated but Good Value for Money"
Staff were friendly; room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Decor thoughout the hotel is somewhat dated but not offensive. Location is great as far as striking distance to restaurants, but after a long day of walking around the old town, it seemed a fair way to hike back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good location"
The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is easy to find and close to the old town and there are lots of cafes etc nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is beyond ugly, but the rest of the street is pleasant. If you stay in the ugliest building you don't risk having it as the view from your window.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Mostly great .... except for the bed."
Just was disappointed that the bed wasn't more comfortable. But I loved the service and everything else about the hotel. It was great. A more comfortable bed and better exercise equipment would put this hotel over the top.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel but sagging bed."
We were there on Jan. 26, 2013: The room was nice enough, with a very nice view, but the bed was really uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. Otherwise, the experience was nice. What I've notice over time is that good hotels don't necessarily have good beds. Also, the spa tub was not warm enough.Genuine Expedia guest review

Walking distances to all interesting areas including Le Petit Champlain, shopping areas, restaurants, etc, etc. Will definitely return but it might be a summer trip........ had a very cold period. "Worth staying in when visiting Quebec City"
A very good hotel at a really good price we received after Christmas and before New Year. The complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was a good touch. The rooms were large, the bed comfortable and the facilities were excellent. As usual though, the higher quality hotels always seem to charge for wi-fi, yet you receive free wi-fi in cheaper hotels […] and even hostels. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They called us to check up on us when we were heading out in a snow storm! Service was immaculate!
