The hotel was in a great location to walk and see all of quebec. Located at the top of Grand Alle where all the restaurants and nightlife take place. In addition, it was a close walk to lower town and also St-Jean where one will find a little more local street. We liked: Room had comfortable beds, lots of pillows, & great water pressure in shower. Great location for touring Quebec on foot. Concierges very helpful. Rotating restaurant at the top has a view not to be missed. Pool was heated & kids loved swimming outside at night in early September. Very comfortable hotel, with many restaurant options down the street and a beautiful park next to it. Great view from our 25th floor room. A good selection of coffee and teas were available in the room, and they were restocked each afternoon. The only dissatisfying element, and ultimately it was comical, is that only 2 elevators were functioning out […] of a bank of four. The wait for one to arrive could be many minutes, and as a result, people would pack on to an elevator regardless if it was going the direction they needed or not with the expectation that eventually it would stop at their desired floor.
