"Horrible Service."

"The Loews is not nice but not spectacular"
Nice hotel,but very disapointing,not internet connection in the room(it is available for extra cost-13,95$),not even close to luxury - that was what we choose...the restaurant on top offers an amazing view,but that is all,the breakfast is not wow,but as my husband says you pay for the viwe the rest doesn't really matter,and is obvious that they count […] on this...they don't even bother to offer you a grteat service,plus everything is old,it feels old... Même si j'ai passé par un service pour réserver à la dernière minute, on m'a donné une chambre 2309 dont la tête de lit donnait directement sur l'ascenseur .Quand on entre se coucher fatigué et qu'il est tard ce m'est pas agréable d'entendre toute la nuit le bruit de l'ascenseur. J'en ai parlé lors de mon départ et on m'a dit que j'aurais dû l appeler […] en bas et on aurait changé ma chambre avec grand plaisir. à 1.30 AM ? Refaire ma valise ?
