Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa is located 2 km from the Butchart Gardens and 12 km from Sidney by the Sea. It is 22 km from downtown Victoria.

Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa is home to Seagrille fine seafood dining with its world-class wine cellar. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast daily. There's also the Marine Pub and a fine art gallery. The beachfront day spa provides a full range of health and beauty services including massages, body scrubs, and facials. Guests enjoy an outdoor pool, a video library, gift shop, and laundry facilities. The boutique hotel has 2 meeting rooms and banquet space plus a catering staff. The hotel provides a water shuttle service to Butchart Gardens for a surcharge. Passes to Butchart Gardens are available for purchase at the front desk.

Each guestroom includes a king bed with down duvet and a balcony with ocean views in addition to bathrobes, a gas fireplace, jetted tub, and minibar. Other thoughtful amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless and wired Internet access. Guests can arrange use of adjoining rooms as well.

Seagrille - This casual seaside venue features seasonally inspired ingredients harvested from the sea or grown fresh on Vancouver Island. The Seagrille's menu changes daily and is accompanied by a large selection of wines from the wine cellar. Guests can dine indoors amidst the wood-burning fireplaces or outdoors on the heated terrace. Open daily for dinner; reservations are recommended.
Sushi & Sake Bar - This Sushi bar features local seafood and fresh ingredients flown in daily from Japan. Sushi chefs create an authentic experience, making orders right at the sushi bar. Indulge in fine sake from Japan and North America.
Pub & Cafe - This gathering spot features Douglas Fir timbers, a fireplace, a games mezzanine, and an expansive patio. Oversized windows afford views of the marina. Open daily for lunch, dinner, and happy hour; menu items include hearty burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and SeaGrille's fresh sheet.
Cooked-to-order breakfast - Served every morning in the Seagrille from 7 AM until 10:30 AM.This hotel has a 9-meter (30-ft) splash pool and a spa tub on a patio deck with padded wooden lounge furnishings. The fitness room, located at a marina attached to the hotel, offers an elliptical machine, a stationary bike, a weight machine, and free weights. Guests can rent canoes and kayaks at the marina, as well as scuba gear and air tanks.
Hiking and biking trails are within a radius of 3 km (2 miles). Golf courses in the area include Cordova Bay (11 km/7 miles away), and Cedar Hill (21 km/13 miles).

"Amazing room but less private than advertised"
I really liked the hotel; would have liked it even more if I had realized it was less private than promised. Also would recommend that guests eat some meals off the property. However, the incredible view, open balcony, fireplace and super jacuzzi in the room were amazing. Truly romantic getaway - just less secluded than other spots.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Rooms are great....Restuarants not so great"
My husband and i stayed here for our anniversary. The hotel itself is beautifully contructed. When we checked in, we were offered a glass of sparkling wine each which was a nice touch. The front desk staff brought us to our room and explained a few things to us...like how to operate the fireplace, heating,ect. We loved the jacuzzi tub and the fact that […] there was some nice bath salts, soap, chapsticks,cookies,ect that where complimentary and where all products from their spa.Our only complaint in the room was that the mattress had a zipped up protector on it that felt like you where sleeping on plastic...somewhat uncomfortable. Pillows could have been a little fluffier too. Other then that we injoyed our room. Unfortunately I can not recommend the restuarants at the hotel. My husband ate the halibut and I had the salmon dish...both where VERY dry. Later we had mussles at their pub and was very fishy tasting..not much flavor at all. Very expensive food and poor quality. We ordered room service for breakfast the following morning...breakfast was pretty good....although they forgot our pot of coffee, cream, butter and ketchup so we had to call them back to our room...no discount for their mishap. I would recommend eating elsewhere if you are staying at this hotel...although im not sure if there is much in the selection of restuarants that are decent out in Brentwood Bay. Do your research! The location if you are NOT driving is really inconvenient and out of the way. The resort is right on a marina and the views are spectacular. The service is impeccable and the staff are warm, friendly and very professional. The rooms are nice and comfy but i was not a fan of the bed frame as i hurt myself on it just about each time i got in/out of bed. […] The heated floors in the bathroom are a pleasant touch :-) The seagrille has wonderful dishes albeit pricey, but i spose that's to be expected in a hotel like this... I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to relax in a serene, upscale, out-of-the-way kinda place with excellent amenities and great value for the bucks you're paying.
