"Good hotel for local Laval business."

Although the hotel lobby was nice in my opinion this hotel is not a 3&1/2 star hotel. The beds were comfortable, but in the room there was a picture missing from the wall, a hole in the wall near the bed, the top linens on the bed had a spot on them which didn't look like it had been laundered. This was my second time in Montreal and it was great! It's a beautiful and friendly city and is very easy to walk and drive around. went for a girls weekend comprised of relaxing and shopping and this hotel did the trick. the rooms were clean and well appointed and the hotel was located beside one of the biggest malls in Quebec! we used the Amerispa for some treatments and they were well priced and professional. My only complaint would be that some of the services in the pool area […] (i.e. ice exfoliation and finish sauna) were not functioning. "Recent stay - Sheraton Laval"
We just came back from this hotel and overall...it was a great experience. The location is second to none especially if you are planning to do some shopping next door (Carrefour Laval). This is why we went down in the first place. You could literally walk over in 30 seconds. The only minor complaint I had (I'm being somewhat picky) but the mattress […] in my room was a little too soft and thus, we didn't sleep all that great. I had been to other Sheraton hotels in the past and I found the mattresses to be in much better shape. Perhaps I just got the wrong room or I'm too picky :) Either way...this is my review.
