I have stayed in hotels in PA, KY, TN, VA, NC, SC, WV and this is the first hotel room that i found where the review stars were not accurate. This is not a US typical Comfort Inn. I would expect the quality here to be about a 3.5. I would say it's more equivalent to an Econo Lodge or Quinta. It's about a 3. Here it's listed as a 4.1. Also, the rooms […] don't look like the pictures and it's not that clean. Nothing's broken, it's fine for a night, but the carpets and ironing board has stains and the bathtub looked a little dirty. There was also someone else's hair in the shower and bathroom floor. There's no complimentary breakfast and there's no elevator. So, I give it an overall 2.8 Southern US rating. It was a very good expereience. Nothing to complaint about the Hotel itself. If you are not looking for a fancy place, this is the hotel to stay in Motreal. The room was clean enough...but seemed small. Most competitors were offering free breakfasts...and that is important to us since we are usually on the fly and really only want a bowl of raisin bran anyway. I guess we can go back to bringing our own! Hotel staff was not particularly friendly...avoiding eye contact etc. We miss not having the option of […] queen beds...doubles are just pretty tight...yes, we are spoiled now...but are not used to controlling elbows anymore! Hotel was good, good service, polite and helpful staff. Hated Montreal and area roadways and traffic; crazy drivers and confusing roads. Even with a GPS, had some issues. Sure it's not a luxury HOTEL; It's a SMART &COMFORTABLE hotel, very close to the great MONTREAL metro. We spent 2 days and we have been able to see quite a lot of DOWNTOWN MONTREAL. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Notre chambre n'étant pas prête, on nous en a assigné une autre. Chambre très propre et confortable.
