I stayed here for the convenience as the metro is steps away. Other than that the hotel is not a good experience. It is old and tattered with mold, rust, and spiders.

there was hair in our shower. the beds where not even made the next day, the cleaning person just pulled the covers over the bed but did not fix the sheets. And the bathroom door was chipped on the bottom, and the wallpaper was falling off.

smelled musty. no breakfast, extra hidden fees and charge your credit card for damages that did not happen. And no refridgerator, give me a break. It started out 116.00 it ended up well over 200.00.

The initial challenge was that I was booked into a room that was already occupied! I ended up walking into a room where someone was already in the room and happened to be coming out of the shower. Fortunately, I quickly exited the room without "disturbing" whoever already occupied that room. The hotel restaurant was then again another disaster! The hotel management need to seriously look into updating the whole hotel environment. It somewhat dated and does not appear to be a pleasantly comfortable place. I like its location close to Montreal but has some round about way to reach it.

This was supposed to be a 4star hotel which was priced as a 5 star plus hotel. I know there was a major event going on in town but still. If you look at their web page the tomes look nicely and modern furnished along with flat screen TV. What we got was quite different. Look to me an old and run down Days Inn Hotel.

Not happy. I had work to do and so needed to eat in my room. There is no room service to I had to carry a tray with my dinner from the restaurant to my room. For the price charged there should be room service.

It was ok, not impressive as the rooms lack quality and lack thorough cleaning (it could be much better), carpets in bad conditions and the air conditioning machines are individual located in each room and it's very noise and not comfortable at all. The great point about this hotel is the convenience of the location, right in front of the metro/subway […] station of Longueuil, easy access to Montreal's downtown and surrounding areas and the price was good, but not cheap. If the hotel invests in new carpeting and provide better training to the cleaning staff, and replaces the individual air conditioning machines by a central air system, this hotel could get much better rating. For me it is a 2 stars out of a scale of 5. I might not book this hotel again as there are quite a few options for the same price and in areas very close to the metro/subway system. Read more

Lobby and check-in staff were very nice - great experience. Hallways were dirty and walls heavily damaged. Stayed on 5th floor and ice machines on 5 and 6 were not working. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, but room smelled very musty/moldy (likely a dirty HVAC filter) and air conditioning system was extremely noisy - rattling and buzzing. […] Carpet was quite heavily stained and all hotels should have flat screen TV's by this point. The staff were not that helpful and the hotel needs serious renovating. The soda and ice machines were empty on most floors, and the elevators are extremely slow. The room is clean enough, but the bathroom was very old and needed to be re-caulked. drain in my bathtub was stuck n tell front desk to fix it in the morning. n when i go bak its still not working. call front desk, the lady says she doesn't know anything n didn't receive any message. and no one can fix it now!!so weird!!!!!

You get what you pay for. We traveled as a group of 7 people (ages 29 - 47) and had a couple of standard rooms with 2 double beds each. The covers had some holes in it, we found dust on the alarm clock and the bathroom toiletries had not been replaced with new ones since the last guest's stay. (They were open and half empty). Since we got there late […] at night and just needed a place to sleep on the way from Toronto to Tadoussac, this was an inexpensive hotel to crash at. The beds were fairly comfortable and vending machines with refreshments were available in the hallways. I would recommend it for the exact same purpose - a 1 or 2-night stay when you're out all day, but not for an extended stay or a holiday. Read more

Un viel hôtel dont la peinture écaille au plafond de la chambre de bain; niveau de bruit élevé la nuit. De plus, le stationnement était plein à notre arrivée vers 20h. et personne pour nous orienter.

En réservant un 3 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un certain standing, surtout que les photos sont alléchantes. Malheureusement, j'aurais dû me fier aux commentaires lus à propos de cet hôtel : besoin d'être rafraîchi, vieillot, etc. Grosse déception concernant la piscine : nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il disposait d'une piscine couverte, dans laquelle […] nous pensions nous relaxer, sauf qu'elle était glacée ! Effectivement, elle est bien couverte, mais à 15°C, quel est l'intérêt ? Le sauna quant à lui ne chauffe pas... En revanche sa situation est idéale, car il est à 10 mètres du métro Longueuil (ligne jaune), qui relie la station Berri UQAM en quelques minutes (1 station). Read more

Longueuilという場所はMontrealの隣のエリアに当たり、地下鉄で5分ほどの距離ではあるものの、中心から離れた場所になります。駅の目の前がホテルという点では便利ですが、周辺には幹線道路が走りお店は何も見えず、初めて訪問した街で泊まるホテルとしては少し不便＆不安でした。空港からも、都心まで出ているバスを利用し、そこから地下鉄で移動しなくてはなりません。旅慣れている方、Montrealをよく知る方には問題ないかと思いますが、初めての方には立地的にあまりお勧めしません。部屋のグレードは普通ですが、掃除は行き届いています。
