Observations: Positive - 1) clean bathrooms. 2) clean and comfortable bed and sheets. 3) Reception desk personnel were helpful, nice and can speak English when needed. the first morning they forgot to wake me up eventhoug I ask for a wake up call the night before, I choose that hotel because of the hot tub but for all of my 3 days of stay the hot tube was not workable, we didnt have a bathe tube in our room and I was not aware because i have choose a king size bed, I dont think that i will choose that one again,Genuine Hotels.com guest review
