My flight was cancelled in Toronto due to weather. Air Canada gave me a brochure with a phone number to call for a discounted hotel room but I was able... to find a better deal thru Hotels.com. My legs were very sore so when I searched for a hotel I made sure to find one with a hot tub. Upon arrival, there was a sign posted on the front desk that the pool area was closed for renovation. Needless to say I was very dissappointed but the hotel employee looked to see if he could find me a room with an over sized tub in the room but the hotel was completely booked and he could not accomodate that. I asked for a discount but he said that due to the fact I booked it thru Hotels.com and paid thru their site, he could not issue a discount. I called the 800# for Hotels.com com and their customer service agent was AMAZING! He apologized that Hotels.com did not have accurate information that the pool are was closed, he called the hotel to confirm this was true, and then returned on the line that he was putting a $50 credit on my account for my next reservation! UNBELIEVABLE! Before this incredible feat of customer service I would shop around on various websites for hotels but Hotels.com has just earned all of my business, all of the time! Over night stay because of an early morning flight. Very convenient and great shuttle service to the airport terminals. We are a family of 4 and the was plenty of room and a swimming pool for the kids.

I was sorry there was no info on the booking page on the 24hr shuttle the hotel had. I arrived at midnight and took a 3 min taxi for $21 only to find they had shuttle ech!! I know I should have phoned but I got really busy. I will be more proactive and insistant in future.

Loved the room! ...except the staff made a mistake and gave us a plain sofa, instead of the sofa bed we needed, which we only discovered at midnight when trying to get some sleep. We arrived at 2am after a long flight and were accomodated extremely well. Travelling with 2 elderly gentlemen with mobility issues, we were assisted to the room by staff and helped with luggage. Late check out and a hot breakfast was all very helpfull. Great experience.

As typical with old hide-a-beds, they cannot be counted on for a comfortable sleep for anyone. Perhaps hotels could look into the airbed system so that even those sleeping in the main area can get a good nights rest. Rest of the room was great.

En général, nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour à l'hotel et on vous le recommande. Nous aurions cependant aimé qu'on nous fournisse suffisamment de serviettes propres à chaque jour; on devait en demander des supplémentaires. Peut-être est-ce la faute de la femme de chambre.

La qualité du service a été très bien et très rapide dès notre arrivé. L'emplacement de l'hotel nous convenait parfaitement et jamais nous n'avons été incommodé par les bruits d'avions. Nous avions vu directement sur l'aéroport. La chambre n'était pas très au gout du jour mais en générale propre et de grandeur comfortable (2 lits queen et un sofa-lit). […] Notre seul gros bémol fut la présence continue de fourmis miniatures dans la salle de bain. Nous avons dû utiliser notre lotion a moustique pour venir a bout des bestioles.Le stationnement (payant) directement sur le site de l'hotel est un gros plus. Le petit déjeuner nous a été bien utile. 該酒店在機場附近，十分方便，有免費機場接送服務，但需要向酒店聯繫接機。免費早餐不錯，就是上網網速較慢，在餐廳基本沒有信號。房間的大部分設施還可以，但孩子無意脫鞋在地上行走才發現地毯處理不盡人意，原來深色的襪子變成黑色。
