"Good for a few days with the price I paid"

I had booked the room for 2 people coming from different directions. My friend arrived before me and I was held up. When I called the hotel to ask them if I give my credit card number if they would let him into the room already I was brushed off with RULES even by the manager, so no. Arriving to the hotel, I thought to myself it looks new. The entrance looked nice with automatic doors opening up to you and a very unpleasant check in desk. I found I was doing the welcoming as soon as I made the approach to the desk. The check in process was very unpleasant, I felt like a criminal. Probably beyond their control, I found a long black hair in the bath tub upon arrival and another one folded up in a face cloth. One thing that I was surprised about is that a hotel of this calibre would use dinky paper cups in their rooms and then charge a deposit for the use […] of real glasses and THEN charge you for washing the glass. It was reasonably good value for the money. The room was clean although there were a lack of available outlets for my laptop. I had to unplug the microwave to get a plug for it. First, the one and only thing that was wonderful about this place was the cleanliness of the room and the maintenance staff. I have a plentiful amount of towels and additional products.
