Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites

I've stayed in this hotel before. There is a big difference between the north tower (which is dark, dingy and really strangely laid out) and the lowrise section of the building that faces Airport Road and houses the lobby (which was redesigned a couple of years ago and is very comfortable). The restaurant menu is pretty limited and almost exactly the […] same as the bar menu, which is a shame as there are are basically no other food options around. The internet is overpriced. The high points are that the staff are great: friendly and helpful, the shuttle runs frequently and on time (although beware that many airlines seem to put their crew up here, so it can be a jostle to get a spot on the shuttle for an early flight). I'd probably stay here again but only if the price was right. There are better options at Pearson for sure. Read more

Actually parked for the time we were away and stayed when we returned. Very friendly staff and perfect shuttle service. Would recommend to anyone looking to leave vehicle as you get 14 days parking if you book with stay. Room was nice on top floor but could hear kids next door through adjoining door. Overall very good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to the airport. Shuttle to airport on time and staff very helpful. This was just a one night stay for us on the way back from vacation. The main restaurant was closed, easter weekend. The lounge bar has a smaller menu... over priced in our opinion. Overall not the standard of quality I would have expected from a Hilton. They even make you pay for parking...what kind of a hotel makes a guest pay $15 a day for parking? On top of that the parking lot was not cleared of snow and there were virtually no spots available. Very disappointed, will not be staying at Hilton anymore.

DID A 15 DAY STAY PARK AND FLY. WHEN I RETURNED FOUND MY CAR HAD SUSTAINED $1200 DAMAGE WHILE IN THEIR LOT UNDER THEIR CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL. ADVISED HOTEL MANAGEMENT WHO TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD PASS IT ON TO THEIR RISK DEPARTMENT AND THAT IS THE LAST I HAVE HEARD OF THEM.

Rooms on the executive floor smell like old stale cigarettes. This has been two times in two different rooms. Also, our heater in the room was extremely loud and kept us awake all night. Each time it went off, it woke us up.

I wasn't to impress with hotel especially when I found out that it does not have an indoor pool. We had no body wash in the room only bar soap which for a four star hotel is very bad. Over all I wouldn't rate this hotel four star, is more like three.

Good hotel for an overnight stay, prior to a flight. Hotel has a very convenient location, almost in front of the airport and it also has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. I would came again.

The hotel is very nice inside and looks very clean. The way the room is structured with two beds and two tvs is very nice. I loved everything with the exception that the water in the bathtub backed up every time I took a shower.

Excellent if you have an early flight the next day. Nice pool, gym and squash court. Shuttle is reliable and every twenty minutes. There is a Keg restaurant about a five minute walk away as well. Stayed there last year and this year, and will stay again.

This hotel is a joke. The "Suite" is not even really a suite, it's a regular hotel room with a bigger bed. 2 of the lights in the room didn't even work. There was a board up against the wall that was not even attached, just leaning up against the wall covering some piping and things like that. I would not suggest for a family. There is no space to move around. Good for few hours stay and move on( pilots and crew members). Plus hefty $16 a day parking !!!!

Shower didnt work well and it is the 1st hotel i have stayed in where they charged you to park. staff was ok but relatively unfriendly. I usually stay in Hiltons and have always had a very good experience while this wasnt bad it could have been alot better!

I never rate anything on line, but this hotel is not worth staying at. The front desk employees were unhelpful and lacked knowledge of reservations. There was no effort to explain where our rooms were, how to get there and did not explain the amenities. I was given a room less than what I booked then moved to the appropriate room which lacked sufficient […] air conditioning. The bell service was at the most, useless. He was rude and unhelpful. I used my debit card there and unfortunately had $300 tied up for days before they would release it. I only did this to pay for breakfast but if someone would have let me know that in advance, I would have chosen another option. The friendliness of the staff (at reception) depended on the day and time. Some were really professional and friendly while […] others were not. The restaurant is expensive but the food was good. Yes, like other reviewers commented, I will say that the noise seems to pass easily beyond doors in this hotel but nothing that kept me awake at night.
