I wasn't to impress with hotel especially when I found out that it does not have an indoor pool. We had no body wash in the room only bar soap which for a four star hotel is very bad. Over all I wouldn't rate this hotel four star, is more like three.

We were driving in to Toronto and werechoping to avoid the downtown traffic and the parking fees at downtown hotels. We got hit with a $16/night parking anyway. The rooms were new but the walls were very thin. Reception staff seemed overworked and unfriendly.

Shower didnt work well and it is the 1st hotel i have stayed in where they charged you to park. staff was ok but relatively unfriendly. I usually stay in Hiltons and have always had a very good experience while this wasnt bad it could have been alot better!

I used my debit card there and unfortunately had $300 tied up for days before they would release it. I only did this to pay for breakfast but if someone would have let me know that in advance, I would have chosen another option. The Hilton was a nice enough hotel. The rooms were adequate, but not as large as expected. Also, there is not a single free amenity. Parking, water and in-room internet service are all extras, and overpriced in my opinion. $13 for a single day of internet access? So much for luxury...

I wouldn't stay again. I think the renovation was well done and the rooms are well appointed but my room was dirty: stains on the chaise, hairs in the bathtub, etc. And the hotel was very noisy.

I was very disappointed with the parking. I called to confirm there was underground parking. Once we got there the closest thing to it was an old warehouse. Friendly staff. Surprise charge for parking on bill in morning- no where on booking information nor mentioned by check in clerk. We were given a parking card to get out of the lot but no other info. When we mentioned it at checkout were given some excuse that we didn't read the "amenities" that the hotel has. The staff were great and the room was very clean. We left our car for 7 days during our vacation in the long-term parking area and it was safe and secure when we returned. The only drawback to our stay was that it felt like the walls and door were very thin as we could hear the conversation from the business man on one side and the baby crying on the […] other. Conversations were also heard through the door from people walking by in the hallway. We expected a bit more noise than other hotels we have stayed at because this was an airport hotel and people come through at all times, but this seemed a bit excessive. The room had a smell to it. We called the front desk to tell them the window was open and it had a smell to it. So they sent us a cheese and craker plater. But our biggest issue is the furnace banged all night hardly had any sleep. Another issue if you don't book directly through them , they give you there lower quality room. The renovations at this hotel were done to give in a modern feel, which looked great in pictures. The materials and furniture used are all fake wood laminates and are not holding up the best. Walls are not well insulated, so the room was quite noisy. The bed and linens were very comfortable though which helped with the sleep.

The staff were vacuuming outside of my door at 8am,, I was sleeping, then all I could hear was staff talking on their walkie-talkie's,, check out time wasn't until 12pm, but I left early to go home to catch up on sleep I didn't get there. I was only staying one night and was tired when I arrived. I didn't notice the black mould on the bathroom ceiling until the morning. There was also long dark hair all over the bathroom floor. My sleep was great, however, and everything else about the room was quite nice.

We stayed for three days, the room wasn't meant for a couple. The room has no Fridge, which is annoying for us, as we have food stuff we need to refrigerate. Parking rate per night was high, and they were also charging money for local calls, which in the end was annoying too. Staff was good and ready to help.

The hotel is adequate and convenient if you are flying out the next day like we are. The hotel is aged and could use some updating. The check-in clerk was not friendly and did the minimum required to check us in. We had to ask where the elevators were to get to our room. Restaurant staff were superb. Parking complaint made to the front desk was referred to a manager who indicated to the clerk that he he was not presently available. He did not return phone call as promised. Broken concrete stops, laying across the lawn and piled on top of the curb where I parked were not visible when arriving for a late night check in. […] This resulted in the plastic skirt under the front bumper of my rental vehicle to partially break off. Apparently this was unimportant to the manager. Room purchased at a discount from Expedia was located below the lobby and adjacent to public meeting rooms. Noisy. Parking lot is run down and maintenance is poor. Building showing need for updating and refurbishment. Linens were very clean. Bathroom was clean but anything on the rug stayed there for three days before someone vacuumed. The resturaunt was excellent! Service was great and the food amazing. It was the best thing about the hotel. My floor reeked of smoke as soon as you got off the elevator but the room was fresh smelling.

Bathroom had no lock on door and a gap approximately one inch between door and wall. Room had litter beneath the beds, presumably left by previous guests. Bloody toenail was discovered in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included. Parking lot had confusing entry/exit and was difficult to access, also not free for guests.

We arrived late as we were on a layover. When we arrived we'd been traveling and hadn't eaten but the reason we decided to stay here was the 24 hour room service. The front desk said to dial the room service # and we tried for 1 hour no answer, we then looked for any vending machines, no way only ice and pop. While this hotel has the potential to be very good, our non-smoking room had recently been used as a smoking room, and not just for cigaretts. \the odour of cannabis was still prevalent when we arrived as was the smell of cigarette smoke. When I complained we were offered the option of changing rooms but only queen size beds were available, no kings […] were available to switch to. I realize guests may not always adhere to the nonsmoking police but the staff should be able to detect this when cleaning and such a room should not be rented as a nonsmoking room until the odour has been removed. The price and the convenience of proximity to airport on a transition between connecting flights is the only reason we would choose this hotel. The shuttle service from the hotel is very handy, but from the airport, is not as convenient since on the occasions we needed it, it was late and we had to call. I was surprised at how many "extra" charges there were with this Expedia 4-star "deal". I was charged for parking and Internet access which I have NEVER paid at the supposedly 3-star hotels I normally frequent. I can tell you that I will not be staying at this hotel again. The room was very clean and nicely decorated but the shower wasn't working!!! The shower head was not properly working and the water in the tub was clogging and I couldn't get the water to drain. You would think with such a nice hotel that the shower would be working. It was in the morning when I woke up that I found out that it was not working. The location was good, shuttle service excellent, trainee receptionist probably needed more training before being put on front desk though, concierge was excellent with restaurant recommendations. The hotel was fantastic, modern, very clean and convenient. I would 100% recommend this Hotel to friends and family. I only have 1 small complaint. We reside in Alberta and were in ON visiting family for the weekend so we didn't have a lot of time. We booked this perticular Hotel because of it's vacinity to the airport and the price was definatley affordable. […] We didn't manage to get to the hotel until about 1:00 am on the Monday morning and we had to be up again at 4:00 am (not much time for sleep). I quickly unpacked our belongings so we would be organized for the morning with enough time to catch our flight. Just as we were about to settle in and finally get some sleep, we turned on the airconditioner as our room was smoldering only to find out it didn't work. We called down to the front desk and they immediatley sent someone to take a look. The gentleman relized after playing with the breakers that it would not be working that night and suggested us changing rooms. Because of so little time to catch some sleep and the fact that I had already unpacked, I suggested just using a fan for the night. The front desk also immediatley supplied us with one. I would have also appreciated the offer of a discount on the room or possibly complimentary bottles of water that were supplied in the room, but normally cost $3.00. There was no offer of any sort, which is the reason for having a complaint now. Again, I would still recommend this Hotel to friends and family. Read more

Staff were nice, Bus that takes you back to the airport is CIRCA 1960's, rusted out with NO shocks. Its an experience you will probably remember in Jamaica. Strange for Toronto. They don't cater to the normal Hilton ways with NO printing using PrinterON, I was directed to a business center on their second floor. The HP Directory said that all the Hiltons […] around this Hotel had thre service, but not this one? Told to use computer in Lobby, which turned off just as I got onto to Google and it went back to desktop 3 times. Waitress was a very nice older lady that brings back memories of good service. But Buffet breakfast for $20+TX + TIP = $30.00 a person for eggs and the ala-carte memo was even worse. NO WIFI in the rooms, you can get it in the Lobby, so no tablet use I'm afraid. Hotels need to quickly understand that travellers are carring Tablets and smartphones and not Laptops as much. All in all the room was nice, clean and up to good standards, but the little inconvieniences start to add up. Sorry, I can't go back to this location, but will continue to use Hilton as they ussually are the best of the lot. Read more

I don't know how this hotel deserves a 4 star rating. The room had a very strange layout. It looked very dated. The walls seem very thin as you can hear every little noise from the hallway and the next room. I strongly object to being charged $3 for a bottle of water that I could buy outside for 50 cents. I also object to being charged $12.50 per day […] to use the internet. There are 2 and 3 star hotels in the area that are far superior to this and you will not get ripped off so badly. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was right by the airport and on the 401 which is the major highway. The hotel was clean however it looked kind of old and the washroom in our room was way too small. The set up of one of our friends room who got the double beds was kind of odd.
