Connected to Terminal 3 at Pearson International Airport via a climate-controlled walkway, the Sheraton Gateway Hotel In Toronto International Airport provides access from the airport directly to the hotel.

This modern hotel offers in-house dining and a recently renovated indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, and complete fitness center. This Sheraton hotel houses 26 fully renovated meeting rooms, over 12,000 square feet of function space, and business services. Self parking is available on site for a surcharge. Pets (dogs only - maximum weight 60 pounds) are allowed.

Great place without any transportations - you just get your hotel from the terminal exit. Taxi to downtown is about $65, but there is DowntownExpress which takes $27 for 1-way ticket or $40 for 2-way tickets. You can left your luggage after checking-out. "Convenient location not well marked."
The sound on the TV did not work. After trying for a while I just turned it off and went to sleep. Price was a little high but the location was convenient. From the bag claim customs area it was frustrating to try and find the hotel. No signs no directions on website. I would think that you could place at least one sign saying Sheraton Hotel ticketing […] level. There were some signs in the ticketing area however you had to already know where to go to find them. The airport guy at the information booth was totally misleading. He said three doors down elevator to third floor. Three doors down no elevator. Elevator 2 doors down only 2 floors. Better directions would have been take escalator up to ticketing (10 ft behind the booth) and look for signs. Your directions show how to drive to the hotel. However none for how to find it when you come in on an airplane. Arriving at an airport and walking through the maze of customs hamster tubes leaves people disoriented. you should stay in this hotel only if you want to stay in your hotel all the time. I mean if you want to go to toronto there is no hotel shuttle that would take you or train closeby. You can take train from terminal 1 to square one in mississauga and then change to where ever u want to go. I was lucky to have a friend with a car who drove me around […] but otherwise I would be stuck there. "Closeness to airport"
The room was upgraded for us for an additional fee. The room itself was very nice.Wonderful view of the runway. The workers were all very efficient and courteous. We went to dinner and when we returned to our room our keys would not work. We called the front desk for assistance. The manager arrived about 15 mins later and his key did not work. We were […] late to catch our daughter's flight.This did create a stressful time. The manager finally got us into the room and called a car to take us to the terminal. The manager showed concern for our situation and tried hard to fix it. Our daughter made her flight.The refrigerator contained old food from a previous guest. "Mediocre hotel"
This hotel is mediocre. Rooms and decor outdated. Layout of bathroom was not well thought out. The amenities are outrageously expensive. The charge to use the internet was $25 for one day. Basic wifi should be included. We ordered a sandwich, salad and 2 beers through room service and it came to $75. The prices at the restaurant in the main lobby […] were also ridiculous- $16 for two coffees and two orange juices. $20 for an omelet! Attached to the airport sounds great, but if you rent a car you need to get the car and drive it out of the parking garage, out of the airport and back into the airport and park in the airport parking, which is $28/day for parking. "5 Star Facilities and Service"
Thoroughly impressed with the hotel and it's staff. I arrived at 3am after a long and delayed flight and couldn't have been made to feel at home more. I was given a complimentary upgrade to the Executive floor - which meant that breakfast was included from a calm and relaxing lounge. So calm that a couple of guest were still in their bathrobes and slippers. […] The meal choices on offer were plentiful and the amenities in the room exceeded any that I have been presented with before (I travel a lot, so have plenty to compare). Check in and check out were efficient and there are computer terminals in the lobby with direct link to major airline sites so that you can easily check in for your next flight and print your boarding card. My stay was so pleasant that my only regret was not having time to use all of the facilities (eg. the gym) in the short amount of time that I was there (I checked out at 11am the same day in order to make my next flight). Plus the location (if you are in transit), is unbeatable. Being able to walk straight to the airline check in desk in a matter of minutes was another huge selling point.
