I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Le Crystal. I didn't find the service terribly enthusiastic, but it was adequate. My room was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. I am extremely picky about hotels. I stayed at this hotel because I was in town on business and the other hotels were already booked. I am so glad that I found this place. The hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the espresso maker in the room. The gym and pool were clean and not busy at all. I stayed in this hotel from Aug 9-16th with my Mom and small baby. We had an excellent stay. I have been to Montreal many times before but Le Crystal is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are the hotels real treasure. They are welcoming, helpful and responsive immediately to any questions/requests. This hotel provided ideal facilities […] for a parent with a small baby. Ever since I first discover Crystal It has been my first choice of hotel when I go to Montreal. Think I've seen most of the different types of rooms by now. And I must say this is a very nice hotel with very high standards! It's also close to some of my favorite restaurants, La Queue de Cheval and Vargas. Only thing missing is a big breakfast buffet.
