I must say the staff here was very friendly, helpful and informative. I was expecting a shabby place something not too comfortable but i was wrong. The room i stayed in was comfy and always cleaned and i was delighted with the cute decorations of the room. I did find it exhausting to go up 4 flights after a long day out and about but it was a minor […] complaint. The hotel is also smoke free so when i did feel the urge for a cigarette i had to think twice about the trip back up the many stairs. It was located fairly close to many places i went to sight see and if not two blocks away u can find taxi services. Although the location looks a bit shabby especially at night, i felt comfortable once i was inside and the breakfast helped my budget a great deal. Overall i was very impressed. Read more

This tiny hotel has an awesome staff, walking distance to almost everywhere, just near the bus station, and subway, and great rooms. Don't bring more than you can carry, there are no elevators. So if you get a room on 4th floor, you have to carry everything. But that aside, this was a wonderful, small hotel, with awesome staff and clean rooms.

It's nothing fancy - four floor walkup, old fixtures, leaky shower, thin sheets, thin walls, TV didn't work. But that's not why you're staying there, and if you are, you are going to be seriously disappointed. No, you are staying there because it's about 100 bucks a night and you can almost see St. Catherine's Street from your window. And you're two […] blocks from St. Denis. And a block from a Metro stop. This was a quaint hotel - outdated, but had charm! It was clean and quiet, and the staff were very nice. The street parking is free, or there is a brand new parking facility across the street that I only paid $9 for all night and most of the next day. I would stay there again.

The hotel had a good location my condition was very bad, it smelt of smokes every where, the rooms were worse, the mattress was old and was bent on one side hence couldn't get any sleep, the area around the hotel is junky spot. This place was expensive for what it offered us. It constantly smelt of smoke, despite all the non-smoking signs in the hotel. I think you get a far better deal for accommodation and location at many other places including hostels around the Sherbrooke area of downtown Montreal.

Hotel OK, l'état de la batisse laisse un peu à désirer mais bon. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, draps, douche et WC clean.
