The overall cleanliness & maintenance of the hotel was good. However, what made the overall experience the best was all the little touches. When first came in there was a welcome plate with some chocolates & a white rose which was really nice. "Very good service"
We stayed at the hotel because we were going to the U2 concert at the Hippodrome. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the nearest subway station and picked us up again at the subway station after the concert...now that's great service!Genuine Expedia guest review
