"Not up to Hilton standards"
This hotel was ok by 3 star hotel standards, but certainly not the posh Hilton we would have expected. We've stayed at Comfort or Quality Inns that were more up to date than this hotel. If we're paying Hilton prices we want Hilton quality. That being said, I need to comment on location and the restaurant. We chose this hotel for proximity to the airport […] as we had a very early morning flight and were displeased to find that although they advertise being close to the Trudeau airport, they were actually a 10 minute shuttle away. The Best Western, Marriott or Sheraton would have been a better choice as they were basically on site at the airport. Secondly, the hotel restaurant was HORRIBLE. The food is of course overpriced (to the tune of $15 for a burger) but the worst part was that it took over 45 minutes to deliver a burger and a pizza to the table. Good thing we didn't opt for room service which would have been double that time. The room was quite nice and the greeting chocolates were lovely, but there was something very disconnected about the staff and the feel of the hotel. The food at the restaurant was tasty, though the service was spotty and the prices very high. I wouldn't go back.Genuine Expedia guest review
