Very helpful staff which does not complain or make excuses. They solve problems quickly. Very good location (heart of downtown Montreal) with easy access to the Metro/Subway. Continental breakfast made the stay more enjoyable. Room was large but bed was a bit uncomfortable and elevators were extremely slow.

This hotel is close to shopping, museums, entertainment, restuarants SAQ i.e. Quebec liquor beer store. We found it very easy to get to from the train station (we walked). The check in staff were very nice. The hotel also offered a luggage service so that we could check out and leave the luggage with the hotel until we were ready to walk back to the […] train station for our departure train. Only down side; street noise late into the night in rooms facing the street . We were on the 16th floor and could still hear the party going on in the bar across the street (alot of the bars have open patio areas that spill out into the sidewalk). This hotel was awesome. A couple of downsides, make sure if you book to ask for the back of the hotel. There is this restaurant/bar that is extremely loud at night. We had to change rooms to the back, but that was without any hassle. The staff were great in accomodating. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Clean room. The room was a bit warmer than we'd have liked but to be fair it was about 30C (90F) outside. Got a bit tired of the free breakfast after staying for a week.

Our room was spacious, w a small kitchen and a sitting area. The neigbourhood was noisey the night we were there (Friday and if you are too close to street level on the street side that might be a problem. Valet parking is not at the hotel but at a garage around the corner. Breakfast buffet was quite good and very convenient.
