"Winter Getaway"
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and free daily breakfast served each morning. My only complaint is the fact there were no rollaway beds offered at this location. I phoned twice to make sure one would be available and was not informed that the Express hotel do not […] provide this. My 10 year old had to sleep on a crib mattress on the floor for 3 nights, which he found cold and uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable and we found Ottawa easy to get around. "Convenient to airport"
Just a caution. On the weekends, they don't start their shuttle to the hotel until 6:00AM. If your flight is early you still have to catch a cab. Also, on the weekends, the breakfast doesn't start until 7:00AM.
