Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Parking is much to be desired. Very expensive if parking in the parking garage. Hard to find a street parking spot. Ottawa is a beautiful city. The hotel is situated right on the edge of the Byward Market area, close to stalls, shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering all the necessary information to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well presented. "Un hotel à finalment 4 étoiles"
Première surprise était que c'est un hôtel à 4 étoiles. En suite, il y a un parking gratuit pour les clients et la chambre était vraiment spacieuse. La vue depuis 16ème étage fait un charme inconturnable et le service très bien. Facile d'aller au centre ville mais sans les contraintes de bruits dans la nuit ni le problème de place.
