"really nice hotel but no room service"
had a great time, and the hotel is lovely. It's not "close" to the Hill - but if you don't mind a brisk walk, you'll be fine. Restaurants are all around, but if you've been on your feet for 15 hours, not having room service was a down side. The breakfast they have available is excellent though. Everything good with one exception. Paid for indoor parking. Came home about 10:45 p.m. and there was no space left in garage. Another person was driving around with the same problem. "Best Wertern à Ottawa: pratique pour la marche"
J'ai apprécié mon séjour en général sauf le fait que les chambres sont très échos, c'est-â-dire que nous entendons facilement le bruit dans le corridor et la chambre à côté. Comme j'avais des voisins très bruyants ce fut un peu désagréable de se faire réveiller à 02h30 de la nuit.
