The rooms are fantastic in this hotel. Service very good too. Same quality as rooms you would find in much more expensive 4 star hotels. And very clean. "BW 'plus'? Some staff issues"
Checked in for two nights. Key cards didn't work first try (returned to desk to have re-coded). Passcode provided for internet from front desk didn't work. Called down for new one, didn't believe me that it didn't work. Returned to desk a third time to show code provided didn't work. Provided with a new code that did work -- but not provided with an […] apology for now having had to take the elevator back to the desk 3 times since check in. 2nd night - power went off in hotel for ~25 min. No staff came up to our floor to make any sort of announcement. Couldn't leave room for fear of not being able to re-enter (electronic locks), so no knowledge made available to me regarding potential duration of outage. On the 'plus' side -- Hotel is close to Museum of Nature and walking distance to restaurants.
