    We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had to drive in to downtown Ottawa everyday to see the sights which was not a huge issue except for parking. Once we became aware of where to park the trips in were very easy. The hotel has an outdoor pool which we did not use because […] the temperature was not conducive for outside swimming but there was a small work out room and hot tub which we enjoyed.     My only problem with the room was the air conditioning... it was a little too loud when I wanted quiet in the room. It is sure time to "upgrade" the air conditioners. Other than that, there was no other reason why I would not stay at this hotel again. It was nice & quiet... real comfortable beds.
