"Will not stay again"
Pros: Very convenient location downtown with shops and eateries nearby Con: Booked a 2 bed suite. Rooms are very small and need renovation. It was very hot and there was only one A/C in the living room. The bedrooms were small and stuffy, We had to sleep in the living room. Lady at the reception was very curt and unhelpful. "Not a nice stay"
Toilet broken, beds were hard, no pay per movies and limited tv, linens terribly uncomfortable and cheap, thermostat didnt work, fridge froze everything despite being on warmest setting. "Okay hotel"

"Biz Executive finds room disappointing"

we booked this hotel suite with 6 people and they knew it because we paid extra for the extra people but we had to call down for extra everything. we had one small shampoo bottle. no sheets or blankets for the pull-out and 2 cups. very disappointed that we had to call so often for more of everything. "Noisy air con"

"Did upgrade even the rooms are available."
As I book my stay with hotels.com. they didn't switch my room from smoking to non-smoking room. Hotels.com told me that they will change it if the rooms were available. I checked in and while browsing found out the non smoking rooms were free, I called the front desk and asked, and told them that I will pay the difference. Then they let me do it. But […] I have to pay extra $25 for room cleaning as I stayed for 1 hour. I bit upset, but dont have any choice left as all other hotels were booked. Bathroom was too small. Kitchen had very few utensils. Oven was dirty. Beds were hard and pillows did not have any fluff. Hence, very uncomfortable to sleep on. "extended stay deluxe ottawa - bruyant - accueil"
Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans l'extended stay deluxe à Ottawa Nous l'avons choisi car nous voyagions à 5 et il était possible de loger ensemble dans une seule chambre ce qui réduisait significativement les coûts. L'accueil des 2 hôtesses a été très froid. Nous semblions les déranger et elles n'ont fait aucun effort pour s'adapter à notre anglais moyen, […] mais correct.
