"unacceptable"
the room was dowdy and old, the AC was a block of ice, service was called twice with the same response when they viewed the situation, turn up the heat to defrost the AC. this heated the room even more with no results. IT WAS STIFLING FOR OUR 2 DAY STAY. NEVER AGAIN.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
