We were very pleased with our stay at the Kingston in Vancouver. The hotel was extremely clean, the service was exemplary, and the location could not... have been better. We were only half a block from a grocery store and from a variety of restaurants. Very convenient to shopping, also. Breakfast was pleasant and tasty. We will stay at the Kingston again if the opportunity arises. We were there for a total of 6 nights...before and after our cruise to Alaska. Great hotel. Love the small hotel atmosphere. Also, just in case you are concerned about the bathrooms being down the hall...no worries. There was only one time when we had to wait for access to the shower. You get what you pay. Cheapest hotel in town. Small rooms, only sink in the room. No showers or toilet. Sheets and pillows are dirty. Awful noice right below the window. Construction work all around the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Over all, it was nice staying in the hotel.
