"Charged $72 for Photocopies - Stay Somewhere Else"
Even though this hotel was somewhat conveniently located to the convention centre (a very long walk), I am extremely unhappy with my check-out bill. First, wi-fi services were advertised, but NOT FREE. This was explained to me immediately upon check-in, where I was continually offered an overpriced "weekly rate" for the internet. I was there for a conference, […] and this hotel contains NO business center, computer, printer, or copier for guest use. I asked for black and white copies for my talk and was charged over $72 or the copy job. Vancouver is beautiful. "Loved being so close to Stanley Park."
Very central and enjoyed every bit of it. Had to get used to the "suites" type of accomodations but enjoyed it once we got used to making our own tea, etc.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
