My Wife and I stayed at the Rosellen Suites At Stanley Park for the specific purpose of adventures at Stanley Park. It was older than most hotels but... it was very cozy and have the 2 bedroom suite made the 1,000 sq ft of space very spacious comfortable. We loved the location and it was very quite since it is snug in the middle of the neighborhood. Nice Job by the manager Kent and staff for making the stay very enjoyable. All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They were hotel staffers plus concierges all in one. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was nothing to rave about - its a retrofitted apartment building with old amenities and cheap/stained furniture. My non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke.

Overall pleasant, complaints were a very firm and older matress and price for parking. Located on the first floor near the entry was not ideal and introduced some amount of outside noise. But having Stanley Park a block away with its nice paths was a big plus.
