Good location, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. We did not have to ask for more shower gel or shampoo and I appreciated it! Lots of complimentary services, nice pool but it should close later.

OUR 1 BEDROOM SUITE ON THE 24TH FLOOR WAS SPECTACULAR VIEW TO THE SOUTH. HOTEL INROOM SERVICES WERE SUPBERB. FRONT DESK WAS SOMEWHAT ARROGANT AND HAD LIMITED FUNDS TO EXCHANGE CANADIAN DOLLARS. ROOM OVERALL WAS COMFORTABLE BUT LIVING AREA NEEDED A CHAIR OTTOMAN FOR ADDITIONAL COMFORT.

While I read the many reviews about the condition of the hotel, particularly compared to the standard of what to expect from a Four Seasons Hotel, I chose to stay here and would do it again. However, if your PRIORITIES are a hotel with SUPERB location and UNMATCHED customer service, there is no better place than the Four Seasons Vancouver. The concierge was amazing and extremely attentive to our needs, like no other. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They acknowledged our Wedding Anniversary on multiple occasions with great attention to detail. The location was the absolute best. While you sacrifice a little with the view compared to other properties in downtown Vancouver (Pan Pacific, etc..), we feel we were able to maximize our time (and save a few dollars on transportation while there) as a result of being right in the center of the downtown Vancouver core. We had many choices for meals, shopping, and night life, and were a short walk away from the scenic waterfront views downtown Vancouver is known for. For the seasons to not have even a coffee maker in the room nor tea or coffee at noon available without going through room service is a travesty. This was a nice spot, though maybe a bit less so than most Four Seasons. My only complaint was the dial-up speed Internet service for $13 per day -- seemed a bit 1998. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Beds were extremely comfortable. the only drawbacks were 1) no mini bar - had to go down to the YEW Restaurant for a $5 fountain soda, 2) no coffee maker - again - had to go down to the Restaurant. 3) the bathroom door faced the main sitting area - very little privacy. perfect downtown location HUGE TIP: self park. It's $40 […] a day (plus tax and tip) for valet, and on week days $27 and weekends $12 to self park! Just cross Georgia Street and deek down the ramp. I was some what disappointed with my stay at the hotel since we had to pay extra for the internet. The fee was 11.95+tax a day for internet usage and also there were $1.5 charges for every local call made. I think for a 5star hotel these charges are pretty ridiculous.

Location is great. Taking the cab to most places was inexpensive. Hotel was not as fancy as I expected. Need a key for the fridge and it is jam-packed with the hotel's drinks. We had to remove everything to put our drinks in and move it all back the next day. Great view from our room and the service is very good.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Without exception they were helpful, genuinely friendly and welcoming. The first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. The toilet seat was loose, and the shower was dripping. These were fixed promptly and properly, but they really should have been caught prior to our arrival. The […] third night of our stay, the power was turned off from midnight to 5AM. The hotel put flashlights in the room. I found that really tacky, but what other solution could they have, I suppose. Apparently it was an emergency fix of some electrical issue. So, two of our four nights of the hottest week of the year, the air conditioning wasn't working. The amenities are very nice. The half-indoor-half-outdoor pool, exercise room and jacuzzi are child friendly, bright, and clean with spotless and well-supplied changing rooms. Read more

町の中心部にあり、駅からほぼ直結。 設備もサービスも申し分ないホテルです。 快適に泊まれます。 今回非常に安く泊まれたので驚いています。 ウェルカムサービスとして、日本茶とおかきを用意してくれていたのも感激しました（ほかの国の方にもその国のものを用意するのでしょうか？だとしたらすごいですね） 街を見下ろすフィットネスジムとプールがとても素敵なので、ぜひシューズとウェア、水着を用意していかれることをお勧めします。 ドアマンにカナダで育った日本の方がいらっしゃるので、駐車場や道の案内も丁寧にしていただけました。
