"Nice location and good customer service."
We stayed in Holiday Inn express for one night during week day. Its satisfactory. Room was pretty big. Beds were very comfy(comfortable). We reached hotel at 1am due to flight delays and receptions were ready with a nice room on the 4th floor. Breakfast buffet was ok.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good but had better"
The pool was misleading from the picture. Was a bit on the small side and when asked to replenish the towels, nobody came. We had to share a towel. Parking was convenient, but on the expensive side. "Great Location/Within Budget"
We enjoyed being across the street from the bus services that we wanted to use on our vacation, and well within walking distance of downtown. The Holiday Inn was well within our price range; we also added on the breakfast buffet (for the four of us @ $10/each) and found this to be an EXCELLENT meal deal. Loved the omlets! On the second afternoon of […] our stay, the air conditioner in our room started to squeal, and upon calling the front desk, a maintenance man was at our door within minutes. He adjusted the fan and all seemed to be fine again, for about 10 minutes. Calling down to the desk a second time, the attendant did not hesitate to ask if we wished to switch rooms. This was done before we had to leave for our supper reservation, and there were no concerns with the second room (other than perhaps the air conditioning was just a bit TOO cool at times (auto shutoff). The front desk staff were very helpful, and acommodating to our needs. We were even alloted a later check-out time (2 p.m.), as our train did not leave until after 8:00 p.m. and the hotel also stored our luggage until we were ready to go. Again, the breakfast was excellent! Upon our departure, a cab was readily available right outside the door, and it was a short 10-15 minute ride to the train station. Locatie van het hotel zeer goed,downtown, kamers onlangs gerenoveerd, gratis wifi. Het volledige ontbijt stelt weinig voor, alleen toast en bacon, eggs en sausages. Voor yoghurt/ cornflakes moet je zelfs extra betalen. Het restaurant gedeelte wordt door een apart bedrijf gerund. 홀리데이 인 호텔은 시애틀까지 운행하는 퀵셔틀의 정거장에 위치하고 있어 시애틀까지 왕복해야 하는 사람들에게 최고의 위치. 또한 밴쿠버 다운타운에 위치하고 있어 여기 저기 이동하기에도 적합. 그러나 2012년 2월 현재, 리모델링 중이라 냄새가 많이 남. 가장 큰 문제는 방음이 잘 안 되어서 옆 방의 말소리가 다 들린다는 것. 그 외에는 전반적으로 괜찮은 편.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
