This hotel was pleasant enough and it is in a neighborhood close to the city center downtown and surrounded with plenty of good restaurants. However,... there was endless construction going on starting at 7 am. There was only 1 elevator working and it took about 10 minutes to get up and down from our floor to the parking garage. Had to call room service several times to get in touch with someone to order, which was a tad annoying. On the plus side, the room was a good size and the staff was nice enough, although not exactly super helpful in terms of informing you of attractions or local sites. But the room was a reasonable price and lower than many other hotels in Vancouver.
