Das Zimmer hell, freundlich, groß mit Wirlwanne und bodenbener Regenwalddusche. Die zugehörige Terasse mit Ausblick auf das mallorquinische Hochland mit reichlich Platz um die Liegen nach Gusto zur Sonne auszurichten, der (hinreissend gelegene) Pool in Sprungentfernung. Die Gartenanlage des Nachts geschmackvoll beleuchtet - wunderfein! Die Rezeption […] sehr hilfsbereit - zumal unsere auf DIESER Platform plazierte Buchung nicht übermittelt worden war und somit für uns bei Anreise kein Zimmer verfügbar war. Das Hotel hat uns ein höherwertiges Ausweichquartier besorgt für die vier Tage bis man für uns ein Zimmer frei hatte - und die Kostendifferenz übernommen!! ABER der Tischservice im Restaurant wurde in keiner Weise dem Abiente gerecht, dass Personal teils desorientiert und/oder uniformiert, die Küche hat viel Verbesserungpotential - sowohl bei der Zubereitung der Speisen als auch beim Timing.
