I did not like the children around the lobby, causing them to hold the elevator, so we could not use them, I was told by the youngster to use the stairs. and management did nothing about it. other then that the hotel was OK. "Good hotel but beware at check-out."
Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. Clean, centrally located, nice swimming pool. No fridge, uncooperative staff. Beware at check-out. They took our credit card number for incidentals (there were none) and when we returned home, we found they had charged again for the room that had already been paid for. From the hotel you can cover easily the downtown area including the port. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Across the street from major museum. Spacious rooms on the executive floor (6th). L'ensemble est intéressant. Bon service, bon déjeuner au resto «Le Rouge Vin», c'est propre et le quartier est intéressant. Le mobilier est vieillot, télévision d'un autre millénaire. Mise à part la difficulté de trouver le stationnement sous-terrain l’hôtel est satisfaisant. La réceptionniste pourrait être plus polie lorsqu'on lui demande ou se situe le stationnement sous-terrain.
