"This place is not the best"
Had to change three times. Carry our own refrigerator and microwave. Got the jacuzzi room. That's ok after three moves. Cleanliness, well you can smell bleach on the sheets. Other than that, our third room involved our first room. Housekeeping was happy to the comforter we took from the first rooms and promptly threw it on the bed. "do not visit"
it was not at all enjoyable, they charged me additional fees and were not able/willing to inform me what the fees were for. They did not clean the room or even ask if I wanted them to clean the room during my 2 day stay I had to repeatedly ask for towels and toilet paper. After booking a reservation online, make sure that you bring money with you.The hotel owner or manager implimented some junk fees that if you don't already have money on you at tht time you will be out of luck. Upon my arrival I got charged some extra fees that didn't make any sense and when I asked the front desk what those fees were for, he answered […] that he had no idea,but I had no choice but to pay them. The hotel room is old n outdated n the room even smelled like bleach. The price should be lowered. I will not be going back to this hotel ever. The floor had stains and the tub wasn't too clean... When we arrive to the hotel the sorrounding look desserted/ abandoned. The hotel was the only building in that block that was "opened". But they will locked the front door at night. "This place was disgusting!"
A 50.00 deposit for what the everything in the room combined didn't equal 50.00. Dirt and half a pill on the floor, toilet didn't work, beds we referred to as the pit ! This hotel is really needed to be modeled. Every thing is so old and unusable. I don't understand why the management of the resort does not take any step to improve the hotel condition. "Worst hotel money can buy!!!"
It is in no way 2 - 3 star! The place is run down and old. The resort name should be taken off this. The first room we were given had a nasty damp smell with the air conditioner not working. Then our room were changed and still smelled but not as bad. The towels smelled like bleach as it is apparent that they were not washed properly to remove the bleach. […] Worst hotel experience. Thank god we stayed there for a day. I could not stay any longer... my wife and I were disgusted and would have practice abstinence for the whole Miami trip if we were to stay there. Vi hadde et greit opphold. Ikke så innholdsrik frokost. Med litt oppussing ville hotellet vært mer attraktivt. Dersom en ønsker å være i nærheten av strand, butikker eller severdigheter er dette ikke stedet.
