"I hate this hotel"
I will never stay here again. The staff was unhelpful the shuttle is a joke its a van that you have to book and we couldnt get the time we needed because it was booked by the time we got there and we almost missed our plane. They were NOT helpful and basically the front desk guy was there to collect your money and that was the extent of their service. […] I do not recomend. "Not very clean"
We checked in late at night and went straight to sleep but when we woke up and had all the lights on we started noticing how unclean it was. All but one towel (including wash cloth & hand towels) were either dirty or stained. The toilet tank was splattered with something gross & was dusty. The one bed had dark stains on the top sheet as well as a badly […] stained pillow. There was garbage along the bottom of the bed from a previous stay as well. "Better than expected!"
We had heard from family that this was a terrible hotel, but were happy to see that either it had been remodeled or the family was wrong. "Terrible, Terrible, Terrible"
I arrived late and the got into my room at 11pm, the first desk staff I dealt with was very pleasant. I got to my room and was very disappointed with the cleanliness or lack there of, so I phoned Expedia to cancel my five night stay there to only one night, I figured I could handle one night in the creepy place. at quarter to 12 the power went out and […] it was out hotel wide for over 45 mins, it came back on for a minute then it was out again for another ten to twenty minutes, I needed to be up early for work so I couldn't depend on the power being out in the morning. So I checked out and the night front desk guy was extremely extremely rude, he told me I should have been sleeping when the power went out and that I would have never noticed it ect ect. I would never bring my son to that place it felt very unsafe and dirty. "Close to Calgary airport"
I was looking for a hotel close to the airport and it was nice. Didn't have much of a chance to enjoy it since I arrived late and left early the next morning but the rooms were nice, good bed, nice shower and although I didn't use it, I understand they have shuttle service to the airport. "Gross Hotel"
I ended up not staying in this hotel as my room was thread bare and had a funky odour to it. The price was 120 dollars however I could not justify spending that money on such a poor room. Comparable property to others in the area that charge up to $40 per night more. Would definitely recommend it to someone who isn't so interested in asthetics as they are in value. It was okay. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like. The pillows were flat and not very comfortable. The room was very cold. I was disappointed that the coffee was not replaced for the 2nd day - I only had decaf. i would not stay at this hotel again given other options close by with more ammenities. It was not bad, I understand that airport hotels in Calgary are not the best that city has to offer and expensive. Wish breakfast started earlier than 6:30 as most people are on their way to the airport by then.
