"A nice place to stay"

"Good service, but worst sleep ever!"
We stayed here for our daughter's birthday as a surprise. The hotel staff was great in helping facilitate the surprise, we wanted to check in first and get balloons ready before she came in. I asked to switch the first room they had us in, it was on the main floor and looked right out at the parking lot, they gave us a room with a balcony no questions […] asked. The rooms look nice, but it smelled awful, as if it had been soaking in urine for days! I wasn't about to switch rooms again though since our little girl was outside waiting to come in so I opened a window and hoped the smell would fade. Then came bed time, neither myself of my husband got a wink of sleep because the bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, worse than camping! The pillows weren't much better except that they were so overstuffed with feathers that we may as well have been sleeping upright. This was not what you expect in a hotel that bears the Sheraton name, even if it is a "Four Points". Room was very nice. 3 people stayed, 3 towels, extra pillows and blankets were there without having to ask as it should have been. The kids enjoyed the pool/waterslide. The restaraunt was excellent, and the service was great. Best Ceasar I ever had in my life.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel is very clean and tidy, it has easy access to Calgary Olympic Park (it is right across the road) and has several food and convenience restaurants/stores no more than a block away. I especially appreciated the mini fridge/microwave/coffee stand. We were traveling with our baby and really needed a place to prepare and store her formula. "Nice clean hotel"

"Hotel neben Tankstelle und Fast Food Restaurants"
Wir waren im Sommerurlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, 3 Nächte: Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit dem derzeitigen Zustand überein. Das Hotel wird nur mittelmäßig gepflegt. Wir haben eine Suite reserviert und bezahlt. Nachdem wir das Zimmer bezogen hatten, kam uns die "Größe" für eine Suite nicht angemessen vor. Am nächsten Tag ergab sich […] auf Nachfrage, dass am Empfang ein Fehler unterlaufen war und uns ein falsches, normales, Zimmer zugewiesen wurde. Leider war der Empfang nicht mit Profis besetzt. Wir haben weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Gutschrift oder einen Gutschein erhalten; nur ärgerlich. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte mir auch nicht mitteilen, wieviel ein Ferngespräch innerhalb Kanadas vom Hotelzimmer aus kostet. Sie war auch nicht bereit sich danach zu erkundigen. Insgesamt ließ der Service zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Highway 1, was einerseits eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung garantiert, ebenso den damit verbundenen Verkehrslärm. Mehrere Fast Food Läden sind in Sichtweite des Hotels. Eine Tankstelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der dann am 2. Tag von uns bezogenen Suite standen uns ein Vorraum und der Schlafraum mit zwei Betten zur Verfügung. 2 Röhrenfernsehgeräte, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Safe und Bügeleisen waren im Zimmer vorhanden.
