Overall from check-in to check-out our experience was dreadful. We found hairs in our beds; the toilet was plugged; the tub was dirty; the sink had burn marks on the counter - in a non-smoking room; the air -conditioner blew hot or cold - no medium and it was noisy; beds were supposed to be Queen size but we still feel they were double.
