"Great Hotel"
I love the Westin especially for their comfort, pillows and bed are amazing, the staff is very friendly and the hotel was stunning. We didn't get to explore much of the hotel, but the view was of downtown Calgary where we got to watch the set-up of the Stampede and free Starbucks coffee in our room. "Close to downtown"
The package we booked online included free breakfast. When the bell man delivered our food he said I had to have a coupon??? I didn't have one so we ended up paying 64.00 for breakfast! I won't do that again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to shopping & ctrain/bus route"
We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was near ctrain/bus as well as eau Clair (great shopping and seasonal activities). The room was on the small side for three people (daughter, mother, grandmother) and we would have preferred two queen rather than two double beds. The room was clean and recently renovated. The bathroom was a rather strange set-up […] but we made it work. It would have been nicer if the bath area was separated by a curtain or pocket door from the closest/mirror area. We had a bit of trouble all getting throught the bathing/getting privately clothed/face make up in a timely manner due to the layout.
