"You are paying for location....nothing else"

"Dreadful"
Reservation was booked expecting the pool to be open however was not notfied they shut it down for the entire month. Was extremely dissapointing.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Watch out for additional charges!"
The room did not even have a bathtub since you have to request it. Parking was so expensive and they charged for Internet. By the time I paid all of the additional charges, I would have been better off staying in a 5 star that included everything.Genuine Expedia guest review
"It will be a long time ......"
We stayed there on the 27th of October. W e were near the elevators and from 3:30 til 9:00 am, There were drunks coming and going very loudly cursing and swearing at one another........I know this is not the hotels fault but ,Why would they let this happen...Very dissapointed with my stay this time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Westin - Calgary"
The Westin didn't clean our room each night....we still had urine on the toilet bowl that our 5 year old left the night before.....disgusting. The 'dream' bed is a joke. All the various levels of sheets and comforter just kept sliding off one another leaving me with out bedding. Staff was very nice though. Bad mark on Westin.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
