    The stay was lovely but spoilt somewhat by the booking not being received. This is the first time I have used Hotels.com and I can't say I'm impressed.... It does put me off somewhat to concider using the service for longer more important stays (such as prior to flights etc) as the hassle was very unsettling, and I don't need it.     As long as you realise that this is a health spa and not a normal hotel then all will be good! If the idea of walking around in a dressing gown all day, partaking in lots of fitness classes, spa treatments and lots of healthy food appeals then this is for you.
